Dr. Mary Anne de la Cruz Snyder is a Board-Certified Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician serving the community of San Antonio, TX for many years. She is very honest with her patients about the status of their health and the treatment options available to them. Dr. Snyder works with each one of her patients to discuss ways they can make better choices for themselves and provides advance care planning along with goals of care discussions. As an osteopathic family physician, she is dedicated to treating the whole person, with a focus on prevention, primary care and overall care coordination. She provides a wide variety of clinical services to all ages, from infants to geriatrics, and when necessary, can refer to a specialist, while continuing to advocate for her patient’s care. In addition, Dr. Snyder completed a Clinical Safety and Effectiveness Course at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, the course focus included patient safety and healthy policy. She is married with 2 children. She is a part time associate professor at the University of the Incarnate Word Medical School. She enjoys hiking, baking, and international travel.
